Long-term optimal scheduling of large-scale hydropower systems for energy maximization

摘要 采用改进判别式法求解大规模混联水电站库群发电优化调度问题.采用坐标轮换法,将多库同时供、蓄水决策转化为单库逐次轮换决策,可有效解决具有水力联系的多水库能量指数(K)求解困难.结合水库常规调度图规则,对水库时段蓄、放水量进行适当控制,以对原始判别式规则进行修正,使解算结果更为合理.结合长江中上游流域11座大型水电站调度系统,给出了一个大型混合水电站系统保证出力约束条件下发电量最大的实际例证. An improved discriminant criterion method (IDCM) derived form the discriminant criterion method is presented to solve long-term optimal scheduling operation problem of large-scale mixed hydropower systems. In order to avoid the difficulties arising from calculating the energy index K values of the reservoirs with hydraulics relations in the process, the coordinates rotation method is adopted to transfer the decision-making process for multi-reservoirs simultaneously to single reservoir alternate gradually. Combining of the routine operation chart rule of hydro plant, which is used to control the storing or dispatching water quantity of the time period in a reasonable bound, the IDCM proposed and the result derived from it is more reasonable. Taking the large-scale hydropower system consisting of eleven hydro plants in the middle-upper Yangtze River basin in China for example, the model of maximizing the energy with firm power of the hydropower system is tested.
