摘要
针对SA213-TP347H钢管材制作的某锅炉过热器管,累计运行不到500 h相继发生弯管内弧周向开裂的事故,用显微金相、元素分析、电子探针、扫描电镜、晶间腐蚀等试验方法进行了失效分析.结果表明:过热器弯管经冷加工后未进行固溶处理,是引发内弧开裂的主要原因.此外,对防止此类事故的发生提出了有益建议.
A failure analysis was made on the circumferential cracks of TP347H superheater tubes served in a power plant within 500 hours by means of chemical element analysis, microscopic tests, microscopic metallographic analysis, SEM analysis, EDX analysis and intergranular corrosion tests. The result shows that the main reason for circumferential cracks of the high-temperature superheater elbows is lack of solution treatment. Finally, some useful suggestions for prevention of such failure are proposed.
