摘要
对１６０例高血压病Ⅱ期患者进行２４ｈ动态心电图监测，同时用二维超声心动图测量其左房舒张内径，结果显示高血压病患者房性心律失常的发生率高达８５％，其房性心律紊乱与左房内径的大小有明显关系，左房内径＞４０ｍｍ者易于诱发频发房性早搏，短阵房速和房扑房颤。
160 patients with stageII hypertension were detected by dynamic electrocardiogram for 24 hours and their diameters of left atrium diastolization were also determined by two-dimensional echocardiogram. It suggested that the incidence of atrial arrhythmia in patients with hypertension be 85 percent and the atrial arrhythmia be greatly related to how long the diameter of the left atrium is. Patients with diameters longer than 40mm will get to be induced atrial premature beat, atrial tachycardia, auricular flutter, and auricular fibrillation.
