严重多发伤在医院内的救治

First aid and treatment of multiple severe injuries in hospital

以医院内创伤严重度评分法—ＡＩＳ—ＩＳＳ法为诊断标准，对８６例严重多发伤在院内阶段的抢救和治疗进行分析，结果提示：立即解除威胁伤员生命的各种因素、多发伤的检查与诊断、抗休克、多发伤的手术次序以及并发症的防治等是救治成功与否的关键。

Eighty-eight patients with severe injury who were rescued and treated in hospital were analysed by the Abbreviated Injury Scade-Injury Severity Score (AIS-ISS). It indicated that the Key to successful treatment for multiple sever injuries included first aid, proper examination and diagnosis, anti-shock, operation and prevention of complications
