The Influence of Heat Treatment on the Performance of Transparent Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Coating with Abrasion Resistance

摘要 以有机硅氧烷为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法结合流平法在PMMA表面制备有机/无机耐磨涂层,研究热处理温度和时间对涂层的硬度、抗划伤性及耐磨性的影响,利用Taber5151耐磨仪等手段分析表征涂层的性能。结果表明:涂膜后PMMA的透光性能仍保持良好;随着热处理温度提高和热处理时间的延长,涂层硬度、抗划伤性及耐磨性提高。 An abrasion-resistant coating was prepared with organosiloxane on PMMA surface by sol-gel method. The influences of heat treatment temperature and time on the hardness, scratch and abrasion-resistance were investigated. It showed that the coated PMMA retained high optical transmittance.
