简介了机床位置测量系统的演变和发展,得到较广泛应用的光栅、感应同步器、容栅、磁栅、球栅和激光等测量技术的分辨率等,说明光栅尺的技术优势。介绍了宝日汽车板公司数控轧辊磨床使用的光栅测量尺系统的构成,以及光栅的定义、光电扫描原理、莫尔条纹的形成、硅光电池的信号转换、EXE对输出信号的处理及应用等。在长期使用的基础上,总结了光栅测量尺的检修方法以及装拆时的注意事项。
The evolvement and development of the position measuring system for machine tools are briefly introduced, together with resolution of the following measurement technologies like widely used grating, inductosyn, capacity scale, magnetic scale, ball grid and laser. Technical advantages of the grating encoder are also described. And then, the main components of grating encoders, which are used on roll grinders in Baosteel-NSC/Acelor Automotive Steel Sheets Co. , Ltd. (BNA) are analyzed, together with the definition of the grating, principle of photoelectric scanning, formation of Moire fringes, conversion of output signals by silicon photo-cell, processing of output signals by the EXE, and so on. Finally, the overhaul methods and points for attention when grating encoders are assembled or disassembled are summarized on the basis of long-term use of them.
