Characteristics and Application of Oil Film Bearing for Baosteel 5m Heavy Plate Mill

宝钢分公司厚板厂5m轧机是国内第一条特宽幅厚板生产线,油膜轴承是厚板轧机的主要设备之一,正确认识和掌握其特点是提高厚板生产的关键环节。分析了5m轧机油膜轴承的结构特点,简述了厚板轧机油膜轴承的润滑系统及油膜轴承的自位机构,并结合轧机调试时出现的问题对自位机构进行分析和改进。同时结合现场工作经验对开工初期支承辊辊颈和油膜轴承锥套接触部分出现大量斑点的现象进行了分析,并改进装配工艺,最后消除了斑点的产生。

Baosteel Branch＇ s 5m mill is the first especially wide and heavy plate production line, and oil film bearing is one part of its main equipment. Correct understanding and mastering of the bearing＇ s characteristics is the key of the improvement of heavy plate production. The bearing＇ s structure characteristics have been analyzed and its lubricating system and self-aligning device have been described briefly. In combination with the problems occurring in debugging the mill, the self-aligning device has been investigated and improved. At the same time, the abnormal phenomena of stains on the BUR neck and contacting parts of the oil film bearing sleeve have been analyzed. Finally, stains were eliminated as the assembly technology was improved.
