摘要
目前国内外普遍采用电渣钢来满足大型冷轧辊苛刻的使用要求,生产成本较高。通过采用独特的冶炼工艺控制钢中的夹杂物、气体含量、疏松、偏析等内在冶金质量,并采用型砧锻造等主要措施,成功实现了真空精炼工艺制造MC3,MC5合金含量较高的锻钢冷轧辊,各项性能指标均可达到标准要求。经对比,与电渣重熔工艺制造的MC3,MC5的锻钢冷轧辊的质量水平相当,但大幅降低了制造成本,提高了国产冷轧辊的市场竞争力。
At present, Electroslag Remelting (ESR) steel is widely used to make large cold rolls at home and abroad for it can meet people' s severe requirements for rolls, but its production cost is high. Cold rolls made of forged steel MC3 and MC5 with higher alloy contents have been successfully developed through using some special technologies to control the alloy steel' s inclusions, gas content, porosity and segregation, especially adopting a main measure like "forging in core - anvil". Each performance index of the steel has reached the standards. Compared with the ESR steel, the new product enjoys the same quality, but its cost is greatly reduced, which makes the home-made rolls very competitive in the market.
