摘要
对铬-镍-钼系重载齿轮钢进行钒-铌微合金化处理,并对比了微合金化处理前后的淬火与渗碳组织及其性能。结果表明:经过钒-铌微合金化处理后,该钢的奥氏体晶粒得到显著细化;伴随着晶粒的细化,其冲击吸收功得到较大幅度的提高;在渗碳温度范围内长时间保温时不会发生奥氏体晶粒的异常长大;晶粒细化也使其渗碳层的组织和性能得到改善。
Cr-Ni-Mo heavy-duty gear steel was microalloyed with vanadium and niobium, and the microstructure after quenching and carburizing as well as mechanical properties before and after microalloying were compared. The austenite grains of the test steel are significantly refined after the microalloying process. The impact energy is also increased with the decrease of the austenite grain size The vanadium/niobium microalloyed steel do not show abnormal coarsening of austenite grains when it was austenitized in the temperature range of carburization for a long time, and the mechanical properties of the carhurizing phase are also improved.
