摘要
以喹啉为母体,对二氯苄为卤化剂合成一种含氮杂环双季铵盐,并对其结构进行红外表征;同时利用静态失重法、极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对其在高温酸性水介质中的缓蚀性能进行了研究。极化曲线表明该双季铵盐缓蚀剂为强烈的阴极型缓蚀剂,EIS表明含N+的杂环分子在低频区表现为明显的吸脱附感抗环,表明在弱阳极极化下季铵盐类缓蚀剂就会发生阳极脱附。失重试验和电化学测试表明其缓蚀性能良好,但进一步性能的提高还需要通过复配来降低其脱附敏感性。
A kind of heterocyclic bi-quaternary ammonium salt (BQA) was successfully synthesized with quinoline as matrix and 1, 4-dichlorobenzyl as link agent respectively and characterized by IR spectrum. Weight loss measurement, potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) were used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of BOA in a high temperature acid solution. The EIS experiment results showed that the heterocyelic compound behaved with an obvious absorption-desorption inductance circle and escaped from anode in low frequaney range. Other experiments showed that it had effective corrosion inhibition performance that can be enhanced if the escape sensitivity can be depressed.
