机械镀的镀层形貌及耐蚀性 被引量:6

摘要 分别用325、800目颗粒状锌粉或325目锌粉+10%铝粉球磨成的片状复合粉,在促进剂作用下,形成三种机械镀层。用SEM法测定了金属原料粉及镀层的SEM形貌;用盐雾试验测定了镀层的耐蚀性。试验结果表明:片状锌-铝复合粉形成的镀层综合性能优于800目粒状锌粉形成的镀层。另外,随着金属粉粒度的减小、铝粉的添加及片状化处理,使镀层的光亮度、密实度和耐腐蚀性明显提高。 Three kinds of mechanically plated coatings, which were made up of 325 mesh spherical zinc powders or 800 mesh spherical zinc powders or 325 mesh grain zinc powders and grain aluminum powders (10wt^), were formed with flaky compound powders respectively with the help of the precipitant. The morphology of the metal material powders and mechanically plated coatings were examined by SEM. The corrosion resistance of the mechanically plated coatings was evaluated by the salt spray test. The comprehensive properties of the mechanically plated coatings formed with zinc-aluminum flaky compound powders were better than those formed with 800 mesh spheric zinc powders. In addition, with the decrease of grain size, addition of aluminum powers and flaky treatment, the brightness, density and corrosion resistance of the mechanically plated coatings were enhanced.
