文中介绍了生物、免疫、固定化金属离子拟生物几类常规亲和层析的原理及其在蛋白质分离纯化以及分析鉴定方面的应用(引用文献25篇)。
Recent advances of applications of the affinity chromatography, covering mainly the years from 1992 to 2005, was reviewed, relating specially to the topics of types of affinity chromatography and application of affinity chromatography to the study of proteins （25 ref. cited）.
