防止1Cr18Ni9Ti无缝钢管晶间腐蚀的方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 晶间腐蚀是奥氏体不锈钢管最危险的破坏形式之一。通过对晶间腐蚀产生原因的分析,归纳了影响1Cr18Ni9Ti无缝钢管晶间腐蚀的诸多因素,提出防止材料的晶间腐蚀的有效方法为:降低碳及磷、硫等有害杂质元素的含量;添加少量稳定化元素钛,适当增加铬含量,减少镍含量;在1050-1100℃进行固溶处理,快速冷却,抑制在晶界析出碳化物;在850-880℃下进行稳定化处理2-4 h,然后缓慢冷却;在需要进行冷加工和于相当敏化温度处理的场合下,遵循先冷加工,而后进行热处理的原则;通过加工及热处理将晶粒度控制在6-8级。 The intercrystalline corrosion is one of the most dangerous destruction forms for austenite stainless steel pipe. Through the reason analysis of the intercrystalline corrosion, many factors are induced which have affected the 1Cr18Ni9Ti seamless steel pipe intercrystalline corrosion. And the effective methods are proposed to prevent the intercrystalline corrosion. There are many effective methods as follows: decreasing the carbon, the phosphorus and harmful impurity element content; Increases the few stable elements titanium, suitably increases the chromium content, reducing the nickel content; In 1050-1100℃ carring on the solid solution treatment, the quick speed cools, suppresses separates out the carbide in the crystal boundary; In 850-880℃ under carries on the stable processing for 2-4 h, then slow cooling; In needs to carry on the cold finishing and inunder the suitable sensitization temperature processing situation, follows first the cold finishing, after but carries on the heat treatment the principle; Through processing and heat treatment crystal grain size control in 6-8 levels.
