胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的超声诊断价值

Ultrasonographic diagnosis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas

目的探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的声像图特点及鉴别诊断方法。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的5例(女4例,男1例,平均年龄25.6岁)胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤,对其大小、位置、声像图和临床表现进行研究。结果肿瘤平均直径65mm(范围40-125mm),超声表现为实性或并有囊性的肿块,边界清,有包膜,1例内部钙化。结论胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤声像图表现具有一定的特征,超声检查再结合其临床特点对其诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To probe the sonographic features of solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas（SPTP） and the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differentiation of SPTP. Methods A retrospective review was performed in 5 patients （4 females and 1 male patients, age from 15-35 years, mean 25.6 years） with pathologically confirmation. Tumor size, location, and sonographic features were evaluated. Results Mean transvem diameter of tumors was 65 mm （range from 40-125mm）. The sonograpic characteristics of SPTP were solid mass or with cystic component inside, and encapsulated with well-defined margins. Calcification was noted in 1 patient. Conclusion The characteristic of ultrasonography combined with clinical feagure will be of great value in dignosis and differential diagnosis of SPTP.
