摘要 目的通过DICOM超声造影动态图像的传输和解析,能对主流的超声造影仪器造影数据进行脱机分析,得到时间强度曲线和适合团注的拟合曲线及其参数数据,提出回归分析的评价:拟合优度检验。方法使用鼠标自动跟踪任意一帧造影图象的感兴趣区域,计算其造影平均强度,给出时间强度曲线。根据造影团注过程符合的曲线,使用最小二乘法的迭代方法求出拟合曲线及其参数,并给出拟合优度检验指数。结果通过对临床原始超声造影动态图像进行分析研究,使用本方法拟合得到程度较高的拟合优度检验。结论该方法可用于超声造影临床定量分析。 Objective By communicating and analyzing DICOM contrast-enhanced ultrasound images, we could analyze contrast data of main ultrasound machines and got the time intensity curve (TIC), the fitting curve adaptable to bolus injection and their quantificational parameter data, to provide the evaluation of fitness of TIC, Goodness of fitness. Methods Mouse Auto Tracking any frame ROI of contrast-enhanced images was used to calculate its average intensity and gave TIC curve. According to the function of contrast bolus injection, gain fitting curve and parameters. Results The experiments on original contrast-enhanced ultrasound images had shown that results of this analysis could provide preferable goodness of fitting. Conclusion This method can be used efficiently to analyze quantificational of the contrast-enhanced ultrasound images.
