中国对外反倾销的现状与主要障碍

PRESENT SITUATION AND THE MAIN BARRIERS OF CHINA'S COUNTER-DUMPING

中国加入WTO后,外国产品比以往更强劲的势头更低廉的价格进入中国市场,势必对国内产业造成损害。反倾销应成为中国保护国内产业免受外国产品不公平竞争的重要措施。但从反倾销的现状与实践来看,中国利用反倾销措施保护市场的障碍重重,这需要企业、行业协会与政府的一致努力。

With China＇s entering into WTO, more and more foreign products have flowed into China. This will inevitably do harm to our home industry. Counter-dumping should become an important measure to protect the home industry from unfair competition. However, from present situation and the practice, we know that there are many barriers for us to protect domestic market through counter - dumping measure. So there is a long way to go for enterprises, profession associations as well as the government.
