摘要
水解法测定饲料中L-型17种氨基酸含量,用日立L-8900全自动氨基酸分析仪,再经离子交换色谱法分离并以茚三酮做柱后衍生。此法简便、快捷、准确度高。
Using Hitachi automatic amino acid instrument to assay 17 kinds L-type amino acids in feed after hydrolytic method,then with ion exchange chromatogram（IEC） to separate and go on to post-column derivative by ninhydrin .This method is simpleness,rapidity and accuracy.
