摘要
文中针对我国目前交通安全形势的现状和交通安全宣传工作效率低的现实,阐述了新时期加强交通安全宣传教育的必要性。根据交通安全宣传教育的特征和新的社会、交通形势,提出了建设社会化的交通安全宣传教育体系的构想。
