摘要
运用ABAQUS软件,对发动机连杆疲劳强度进行分析。采用接触非线性分析方法,对连杆在装配、最大爆发压力和最大惯性力3种工况下的应力进行求解计算;采用FORTRAN语言编写ABAQUS用户子程序,对最大爆发压力工况和最大惯性力工况下的应力进行等效转化疲劳应力计算。
This paper presents the fatigue strength analysis on diesel engine connecting rod by using ABAQUS software. Firstly, connecting-rod's stresses under assembly load, max compression load and max tensile load were calculated respectively by non-liner contact method. Then a user subroutine of ABAQUS was made with Fortran to determine fatigue stresses by equivalent conversion of the calculated stresses under max compression load and max tensile load.
