摘要
对4JR3柴油机曲轴轴向间隙检测数值过小进行分析,详细分析各零部件对轴向间隙的影响,在装配中消除主轴止推瓦错位对曲轴轴向间隙的影响。
An investigation was carried out on excessive small measured crankshaft backlash of 4JR3 diesel engine found during assembly. All possible attributions to this issue were carefully analyzed to find out the root cause. It turned out that dislocation of thrust crank bearing was the contributor. An improved assembly process eliminates this problem.
