There occurred uneven fuel delivery during engine operation even though the fuel delivery had been set on a fuel injection pump test bench. The cause of that issue is that the fuel delivery was not set on the test bench according to engine operation condition, uneven fuel delivery did occurs during the setting, pump components wore out and deliver valve spring failed. Here introduces a simple way of checking and adjusting fuel injection advance and fuel deliver timing after a pump is installed on an engine.
