细胞角蛋白CK19在肺癌患者血清中的含量

Content of Cytokeratin CK 19 in the Serum of Patients with Lung Cancer

目的检测肿瘤标记物—细胞角蛋白19(GK19)在肺癌的患者血清中含量。方法应用Centocor CYERA21-1放射免疫分析。结果肺癌患者血清CK19水平明显高于正常对照组,健康人CK19的平均值为0.67ng/ml,而肺腺癌(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)CK19的阳性率为41.7%,肺鳞状上皮腺癌(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)的阳性率为69.2%,大细胞癌为25.0%,小细胞癌为33.3%。结论肺癌患者血清中CK19含量明显高于正常组,提示其可能是肺癌诊断、预后及疗效判断的重要指标。

ObjectiVe To determin the value of the cytokeratin （Ck19） in the serum of patients with lung cancer. Methods By radioimmunoassay. Results The level of Ck19 was higher in lung cancer patient than in healthy adults （0.67ng/ml）. The positive rate of CK19 in patients with adenocarcinoma of lung（Ⅲ, Ⅳ phase） is 41.7%, 69.2% in patients with the squamous carcinoma. Conclusion Ck 19 is a marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
