摘要
本文分析了我校转轨变型后培训形势的新变化，解析培训工作面临的机遇与存在问题，提出相应的解决问题的对策。
This the railway and article gives a specific analysis on the training work in our school after the school was separated from enlarged by joining with others. The author also points out the new training opportunities we are facing now and some problems. Meanwhile, the author shows his own ideas of how to solve the problems.
