摘要
本文从我国货运代理面临的挑战出发,依据波特的竞争战略理论,针对铁路货运代理企业自身的优势和劣势,提出了其发展的几点策略。
According to Peter's competition theory and the challenges Chinese wagon agencies are facing, this article lists out the advantages and disadvantages of railway wagon agencies and gives some suggestions for their further development.
