摘要
通过模拟在聚丙烯发光塑料制备中,夜光粉与铁器摩擦过程及对塑料催化性能的研究,揭示了夜光粉在塑料中发黑的原因.通过夜光粉表面包裹高分子材料及调整塑料挤出温度及夜光粉含量,有效地解决了夜光粉在塑料中发黑等问题.
The reason of plastic blacked was posted by stimulating friction procedure of both long afterglow phosphors and polypropylene and catalyzing performance of phosphor during machining luminous plastic, and the technique question was solved by coating phosphor with macromolecule material and adjusting extrusion temperature and phosphor concentration.
