摘要
作者介绍了湄洲深水航道炸礁爆破工程设计与施工技术。基于水中爆破的需要,采用高分子胶密封电雷管,解决了在深水中火工材料的爆炸性能降低而导致岩石的破碎度低的问题。研究也解决了施工中平台定位、钻孔、装药、微差控制爆破等技术难题。这些技术问题的解决,对于今后在类似深水复杂环境下的水下炸礁爆破工程有着重要意义。
The engineering design and construction technique for reef blasting in deep channel of Meizhou are introduced in this paper. Detonation capability of initiating materials and accessories is reduced in deep water and results in little fragmentation of rocks, therefore, based on the need of underwater blasting, electric detonator which is obturated by rnacromolecule obturation gluewater is selected to solve these problems, besides, the research solves the technical puzzles such as platform localization, drilling, explosive charging and millisecond controlled blasting etc. The settlements of these puzzles are of great importance to reef blasting engineering under deepwater in complicatedenvironment.
