摘要
为了分析甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus)Scu无花瓣突变体花器官的生理和生化变化,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对其花器官可溶性蛋白表达和过氧化物酶同工酶活性差异进行分析.结果表明:在早期花发育过程中,甘蓝型油菜和无花瓣突变体花器官可溶性蛋白基本相同,而二者的过氧化物酶同工酶存在明显差异;在花蕾成熟阶段,二者的可溶性蛋白谱带差异明显,而过氧化物酶谱带特征基本相同,成熟花瓣器官的消失可能导致了可溶性蛋白表达的改变,而没有影响过氧化物酶的谱带特征.
The soluble proteins and peroxidase isoenzymes in the floral organ of Brassica napus Scu apetalous mutant were analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the results showed that SDSPAGE patterns of soluble proteins between B. napus and apetalous mutant has no significant difference, but peroxidase isoenzymes patterns had significant difference during early floral development. At the stage of floral organ maturity, their patterns of soluble proteins exhibited significant difference while those of peroxidase isoenzymes were similar.
