《护理学基础》技能教学实施小组合作实训与考核的研究与实践 被引量:36

摘要 目的研究《护理学基础》小组合作性技能实训与考核的效果。方法在同一个班70名学生中,一个学期采取传统的以小组为单位的技能训练,期末进行统一考核,其成绩以个人为单位计算;另一学期仍采取以小组为单位进行实训,但赋予其一定的要求与责任,每实训完一项技能后,从小组成员中随意选定一位同学进行考核,其成绩与小组其他同学挂钩。通过问卷调查,反馈学生对改革后训练与考核方法的评价。结果92%的学生认为改革后的方法,提高了训练的积极性和单位时间的训练效果,并在小组训练中,能相互指导、相互纠错、相互督促。97%的学生认为小组合作性实训后,将个体考核成绩与小组成员融为一体,这种方法好和比较好;有83%的学生认为被抽考同学的技能考核成绩能够代表或基本代表自己的成绩。结论小组合作性实训与考核,发挥了小组合作性学习的真正功效,充分体现了教师的主导和学生的主体作用;提高了学生技能实训的积极性,挖掘了学生自主学习的潜能;培养了学生相互合作的品行和团队精神,体现了护理工作的特性,为学生可持续性发展奠定了思想基础。 Objective To study the effect of group cooperation training and assessment in the technical teaching of Nursing Foundation. Methods 70 students from the same class took conventional technical training based on group as unit and participated terminal examination, with their grades computed individually for the first semester. In the second semester, they took practical training based on groups as unit as well, but they were given tasks and responsibilities. Each time at the completion of one single technical training, one of the group members was chosen for examination, his grades linked to the other members. Then a questionnaire was use to com- pare the two methods. Results 92% of the students thought the reformed teaching method motivated them and improved the training effect at unit time and they could learn, instruct, and correct mistakes from one another. 97% of them thought the assessment of individual students was connected to other members, gaining better training results. 83% of them admitted the grade of the chosen student represented the collective grade of the group or their own grade. Conclusion Group cooperation training and assessment exerts the real role of cooperative learning, embodying the teacher's instruction and student's main body in learning. So in this way, student's incentive in technical practical training is intensified and their latent ability in learning is exerted. Meanwhile, their team work spirits are fostered through the teaching method, providing a concrete basis for their sustainable development.
