Analysis of the World Top Management Consulting Companies and Their Inspiration on China

基于企业生命周期理论分析了世界顶级管理咨询公司的成长过程,总结了世界顶级管理咨询公司发展的经验,提出了加快发展我国管理咨询企业的建议。

The 21st century is full of competition on knowledge. The management c onsulting enterprises, as the important medium of the knowledge industry, play a role in comparing power among countries. However, Chinese management consultant enterprises fail to compete with the overseas top management consulting compani es because of their poor development. This paper, based on the theory of enterpr ises’ life cycle, analyzes the development process of the world top management consulting companies and summarizes the development experience of these companies. It then pertinently puts forward some suggestions about promoting the development of Chinese consulting enterprises.
