Objective To discuss the diagnosis of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma （FDCS） of the appendix, clinicopathologic features and the treatment. Methods A case of postoperative recurrent FDCS deriving from the appendix was reported. The pathological changes and immunohistochemistry were evaluated.
