摘要
Objective To discuss the method of separating and purifying precartilaginous stem cells （PSC） by immunomagnetic technology, and establish immortalized PSC （IPSC） strain and provide stable cell resource for cell-transplantation and gene therapies with PSC. 6 refs, 3 figs. Methods Immunomagnetic separation was used to isolate PSCs labeled with fibroblast growth factor receptor-3 （FGFR-3）.
