摘要
Objective To investigate apoptotic cell death in rat allograft.Methods Built the heteroptopic heart transplantation model in 80 SD rats.The cardiac grafts were harvested at 1,3,7,10 days after transplantation.Tissue samples were subjected to the HE staining for histopathological grade and underwent the detection of apoptotic cell death by in situ terminal deoxyribonucleotide transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling for apoptotic index（AI）.
