生物破乳菌的培养及代谢产物分析

从胜利油田采出水及其它样品中筛选得到破乳效果较好的D3破乳菌，考察了该破乳菌的培养条件及代谢产物。结果表明，D3菌的适宜生长条件为：温度40℃，pH7～9，培养时间72h。D3菌为革兰氏阴性细菌，归为沙雷氏菌属；其代谢产物主要含有：鼠李糖酯、脂肽类、醛、胺。D3菌质量浓度10g／L时，油水的界面张力由7.65mN／m降至0．98mN／m；当菌浓度在0．5～1．0g/L时，含油污水的除油率大于50％。

D3 biodemusifier was obtained from oil water of Shengli oil field and other oil fields. The better growth condition of D3 biodemusifier is 40 ℃, pH 7～9 and training time 72 h. D3 biodemusifier is Grainnegative bacteria, arid it belongs to Serratia. Its metabolite mainly contain rhamnolipid, lipopeptide, aldehyde and amine. When the mass concentration of D3 is 10 g/ L, the interracial tension is reduced from 7.65 mN/m to 0.98 mN/m. When the mass concentration of Ds is 0.5～1.0 g/L, the rate of removing oil is over 50% from oil wastewater.
