摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2溶胶,采用浸渍-提拉法在玻璃基片上制备了纳米TiO2膜。通过正交实验,确定了溶胶-凝胶法制备玻璃负载纳米TiO2膜的最佳体积配比为:V(钛酸丁酯)∶V(无水乙醇)∶V(聚乙二醇-400)∶V(三乙醇胺)=5∶20∶5∶6。研究了纳米TiO2/玻璃薄膜的吸光度和透射比。用金相显微镜及扫描探针对TiO2薄膜结构及特征进行了分析。结果表明,得到的TiO2薄膜具有很好的吸收紫外线性能和较高的光透率。有良好的化学稳定性,与玻璃基体具有较强的结合性。
The nano-TiO2 glass film on glass was prepared from Ti( OC4H9 )4 precursor via the sol-gel and dip-coating method. The optimum volume ratio of nano-TiO2 glass film was prepared by sol-gel method was determined by orthogonal experiment: VTi(OC4H9)4: VC2H5OH: VHO(CH2CH2O)nH: VC6H15O3N = 5:20 : 5 : 6. The absorbency and transparency of the nano-TiO2 glass films were studied. The appearance shape was characterized by CMM and SPM. The results indicated that the prepared nano-TiO2 glass films had superior photopermeability and UV absorbing capability and so on.
