摘要
Objective To improve the recognition of chronic aristolochic acid nephropathy （CAAN） with urothelial malignant tumor.Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of CAAN with urothelial malignant tumor were analyzed retrospectively.All the 16 cases had history of taking aristolochic acid-containing Chinese medicines intermittently at low dose for a long time.CAAN with chronic renal insufficiency were diagnosed by history and relevant examinations.
