光催化降解水中的酸性红3R及操作参数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 酸性红3R染料是一种常见的工业染料,在紫外灯(20 W)辐射下利用二氧化钛可以将其光催化降解为水、二氧化碳和其它一些小分子无机化合物。以混晶结构的纳米二氧化钛为催化剂,在紫外灯辐照下进行了光降解实验,结果表明,该反应为一级反应,速率常数为0.003 15 m in-1。同时,讨论了反应过程中的pH值,氧化钛的用量对催化反应的影响,并证实有机染料在180 m in内脱色率超过80%。 Acid red 3R (AR3R), commonly used as a textile dye, could be photocatalytically degraded using TiO2 suspensions irradiated by a UV-clamp (20 W),and the mineralization products may be some inorganic molecules such as water, carbon dioxide. In this paper, photo-degradation experiments were preformed by UV lamp irradiation ,and some operation parameters (catalyst amount and pH value) were discussed. The results proved that the degradation reaction was first-order reaction, the rate constant was 0.003 15 min^-1 ,and degradation rate was beyond 80% in 180 min.
