Study on the synthetic process of methyl 3-methoxypropionate

摘要 以甲醇和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为原料,甲醇钠为催化剂,合成了3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯(MMP)。用正交实验法优化了反应条件,结果表明,当n(甲醇)∶n(丙烯酸甲酯)=1.2∶1,n(甲醇钠)∶n(丙烯酸甲酯)=0.02∶1,反应温度50℃,反应时间3.5 h时,MMP的产率可达97%以上。将分馏时所得前馏分进行套用后,MMP的产率可达98.9%。气相色谱分析表明,产品纯度在99.6%以上。 Methyl 3-methoxypropionate (MMP)was prepared from methanol and methyl acrylate (MA) using sodium methoxide as catalyst. The reaction conditions were optimized through orthogonal method. The results shows that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows:the mole ratio of methanol to MA was 1.2 : 1 ,mole ratio of sodium methoxide to MA was 0.02 : 1, reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and reaction time was 3.5 h. Under such conditions,more than 97% yield of MMP could be obtained. Experiments also proved that when the head fraction was cyclically used, the yield of MMP could reach 98.9%. Determined by gas chromatography,the purity of the product (MMP) was more than 99.6%.
