摘要
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ^11C-choline PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods This series included 42 suspected cases of prostatic cancer with increased PSAS and 5 control subjects with bladder cancer.PET/CT imaging was performed 5 min after injection of the tracer ^11C-choline,7.4 MBq/kg in supine position,covering the pelvis,and the whole body when necessary.
