Combinaton of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg and anti-CD154 mAB inhibiting acute rejection in rat liver transplantation

Objective To investigate the effect of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg combined with Anti-CD154mAb on acute rejection of rat liver transplantation. Methods CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg isolated from spleen of Lewis were activated ex vivo by splenocytes of DA through one-way MLR.
