Augmentation of Pedicle Screw Fixation with Calcium Phosphate Cement for Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Vertebrae Fracture

摘要 目的 探讨磷酸钙骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法 本组磷酸钙骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉治疗胸腰椎骨折46例,平均65.6岁,按Saville分度法椎体骨量减少Ⅰ度7例,Ⅱ度9例,Ⅲ度21例,Ⅳ度9例。结果 41例获得随访,随访时间为9个月~3年,平均1.5年。41例获得骨性愈合,愈合时间4~5个月,38例椎体高度恢复。41例椎弓螺钉无松动,断裂或脱落。结论 磷酸钙骨水泥强化椎弓根钉治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折是一种比较理想的治疗方法。 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of the augmentation and restoration of pedicle screw fixation with calcium phosphate cement for osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebrae fracture. Methods The team is 46 cases,average 65.6 years old,according to the saville indexing,the vertebra body quantity reduces Ⅰ degree is 7 cases, 9 of Ⅱ degree,21 of Ⅲ degree, 9 of Ⅳ degree. Results 41 cases acquire with follow--up visit, 9 months to 3 years ,average 1.5 years. 41 cases acquires the bone agglutination. The accrete time is 4- 5 months. 38 patients recover the height of the vertebrae. 41 vertebral arch screw did not loosen to move, split or shed off. Conclusion The augmenta- tion and restoration of pedicle screw fixation with calcium phosphate cement for osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebrae fracture is an ideal treatment method.
