信息时代，网络迅猛发展，网络与青少年的生活越来越密不可分，网络的自由、开放和虚拟性特点也给青少年思想道德建设带来前所未有的冲击。开展社会教育是图书馆的基本教育职能之一。在网络环境下，图书馆的社会教育范围不断扩展，内容更为丰富。本文在分析网络时代所面临的青少年道德教育问题的前提下，探讨图书馆在青少年思想道德建设中应开展的工作及营造绿色网络环境之实践活动。参考文献3。

As Internet soars in the information era, Internet keeps an increasing touch with the life of Young People, The free, open and virtual Internet has also brought an unprecedented shock to juvenile moral development, It is one of library＇s basic functions to implement social education. In an Internet environment, richer and richer social education offered by a library reached more people.
