摘要
目的本文主要探讨沐舒坦对鼻窦手术前后鼻腔黏膜生理功能恢复的影响。方法将Ⅰ型Ⅰ期86例鼻窦炎患者,分为实验组和对照组,用随机双盲的方法,实验组服用沐舒坦,对照组服用淀粉片。应用糖精测量法测定两组患者实施鼻内窥镜手术前后鼻黏液纤毛输送率,同一组个体术前、术后作配对t检验,根据实验组和对照组差值采用t检验处理。结果实验组和对照组术前、术后鼻黏膜传送速率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沐舒坦可以加速鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术术后的鼻黏膜的恢复。
Objective To study the effect of mucosolvan on nasal mucous cilia clearance in endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Eighty-six cases suffering from chronic sinutifis were randomly divided into 2 groups with double-blind method. The experimental group took mucusolvan,the control group took amylum tablets after endoscopic sinus surgery. The nasal mucociliary transport rate was measured by glucide measurement and the data were analyzed with t test. Results There was statistieat difference in the nasal mucociliary transort rate before and after operation between the experimental group and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mucosolvan can accelerate the nasal mucous healing.
