摘要
目的分析胰腺癌的临床特点,探讨胰腺癌的早期诊断方法。方法回顾性分析我院221例胰腺癌患者的临床资料。结果患者首发症状以上腹痛最常见,共114例(51.6%),其次为黄疸42例(19.0%)、上腹饱胀不适36例(16.3%)。B超检查、CT检查、细胞学检查阳性诊断率分别为82.2%、80.5%、92.8%。肿瘤标志物检测癌胚抗原(CEA)、CA19-9、CA50阳性率分别为60.3%、80.9%、72.1%。结论加强健康教育,重视患者首发症状,筛查临床胰腺癌高危人群患者,选用合理检查方法,可以提高胰腺癌早期诊断率。
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of pancreatic carcinoma（PC） and to find out the early diagnosis methods of PC. Methods The clinical data of 221 patients with PC were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among initial symptoms, abdominal pain（51.6 %） was most common, secondly jaundice（ 19.0 % ）, epigastric discomfort （ 16.3 %）. The positive rate of B type ultrasound eheck, computed tomography and cytology check was 82.2 %, 80.5% and 92.8 % respectively. The positive rate of CEA,CA19-9,CA50 was 60.3 %, 80.9 % and 72.1 % respectively. Conclusion Strengthening a healthy education,emphasizing initial symptom,checking clinical patients with predisposing factors of PC and choosing reasonable check method can impove the rate of early diagnosis of PC.
