湍流超细粉碎机粉碎腔内流场的数值模拟

摘要 为了认识粉碎腔内的流场结构和流动状态,提高粉碎设备的加工效果,本文中根据湍流超细粉碎机的实验设备,建立了单曲率叶型的曲线方程,并借助先进的CFD技术,在FLUENT软件中,对用Pro/ENGINEER建立的计算模型进行了验证,模拟了两种不同叶型时湍流超细粉碎机粉碎腔内的单相三维紊流定常流场,直观显示了粉碎腔内的速度分布特性及两种叶型时粉碎腔内速度的区别,为认识粉碎腔内的流场结构和叶型的改进提供了直观的模拟结果。 In order to improve the processing results of a turbulence superfine mill, it is necessary to cognize the flow field frame and flow state in the concave. Based on the experiment equipment of a turbulence superfine mill, a single curvature equation of section of blade was put forward. With the help of advanced CFD technology, the simulation model designed in Pro/ENGINEER was validated. Through simulating the sin- gle-phase 3-D turbulent flow of different blades numerically in the FLU- ENT software, velocity property in concave was showed directly. And then the difference is perspicuous. This is helpful for the cognition of flow field and flow state and improvement of blade.
