基于分布式控制的钢管检测与标识系统

摘要 针对目前国内钢管检测与标识能力的不足,研制开发了钢管检测与标识系统。该系统应用分布式控制原理,实现了钢管的对齐、测长、称重、涂色环、打标、喷标等自动化;在软件设计上采用数据库与网络技术、组态技术、冗余技术、实时控制技术实现了系统控制软件设计。实际应用表明,该系统的检测精度与标识质量达到国际同类产品的先进水平,并具有界面设计友好、操作简单灵活、故障自诊断等特点。 Due to the technology shortcoming of steel pipe measurement and identification in our country, automatic measurement and identification system was developed. The proposed system used the distributed control principle to automatically realize steel pipe aligning, measuring, weighing, wiping, printing and others procession; used database, networks, con- figuration, redundancy, real time control and others technology to design the system control software. The fact application results show that the measurement accuracy and the quality of identification are all square with the kindred system around the world. Moreover, there are friendly man-machine interface, simple and flexible operation, err warning and the failure self-detection in this system.
