摘要
利用双联传感器得到光声信号的叠加作用,可提高光声检测灵敏度或扣除溶液背景吸收。以亚硝基R盐测定钴为例,得到最低检测浓度为0.3ng/mL,相当于4.25×10^(-5)的吸收。
The double-probe transducer and differential cell for photoacoustic detection of liquid were suggested. The overlapped PA signals, obtained by using such transducer, significantly increase sensitivity or effectually eliminate PA background signal due to a solvent. Application of this method to detection of Co2+ by nltroso-R-salt reagent at 532 nm was demontrated. The lowest determination concentration is 0. 3 ng/mL, correspounding to 4. 25×10-5 in absorptivity.
