摘要
目的建立戊二醛溶液用于胃镜消毒的质量标准。方法采用精确的化学分析法(消毒剂污染监测法)及滴定法,对实验组与对照组的消毒液分别进行浓度监测及胃镜物表监测,寻找质量控制标准。结果2%戊二醛用于胃镜消毒的质量标准与戊二醛的浓度与使用例次密切相关,在使用120例后消毒液出现菌落生长,戊二醛浓度降至1.78±0.02,同时检查消毒物表同样有菌落生长。结论戊二醛浓度低于1.80%,或消毒120例次后不宜使用,为内镜消毒的质量标准。
Objective To study the standard for gastric endoscope. Sterilization by glutaraldehyde solution. Method Comprehensive chemical analytical and titration method ( pollutant monitoring ) was used to estimate the concentration and endoscope surface bacterial pollution, and to find out standard for it's quality control. Result The standard of 2% glutaraldehyde sterilization for gastroscope is closely related to glutaraldehyde concentration and using frequency. When the concentration glutaraldehyde decreased to 1.78±0.02 or after 120 times of sterilization. The colony growth in sterilizing solution and material surface appeared. Conclusion Glutaraldehyde concentration less than 1.8% or 120 times of sterilization will not be suitable for sterilization, it's the standard for endoscope sterilization.
