用因子分析测量“护士工作满意度量表”的结构效度 被引量:79

摘要 目的测量护士工作满意度量表(中文版)的结构效度。方法方便选取北京地区632名医院护士填写护士工作满意度量表,回收完整填写量表512份,回收率80%。应用因子分析的方法测量该量表的结构效度。结果护士工作满意度量表(中文版)的结构由两个主要因子组成,即工作状态(因子1)和工作中的人际关系(因子2)。结论护士工作满意度量表(中文版)具有可接受的结构效度。同时提示在应用研究工具之前,对其结构效度的测量非常必要。 Objective To measure the construct validity of the Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale (Chinese version ). Method Six hundred and thirty-two nurses were conveniently recruited from hospitals in Beijing and 512 nurses completed the Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale, yielding a response rate of 80%. Factor analysis was used to measure the construct validity of the scale. Result The Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale comprised of two factors: working status (Factor One) and the inter-personal relationship at work (Factor Two). Conclusion The Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale has acceptable construct validity. It is suggested that the construct validity measurement is essential before the application of the scale.
