血管内颗粒栓塞材料的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 按材料能否被吸收,颗粒栓塞材料分为非吸收性及可吸收性。脑动静脉畸形(arteriovenous malfor-mation,AVM)治疗常要求栓塞持久,非吸收性材料为首选。在非吸收材料中,凝胶类微粒占有重要地位,也代表了颗粒栓塞材料研究方向,基本具备理想颗粒栓塞材料应有的特性[1,2],如:①颗粒大小均一,表面光滑,易于通过细长的微导管;
