摘要
根据泉州市区域PRED系统特征，从正反方面选择51项指标构建了评价其协调发展的指标体系，分析了指标的反馈特征，基于集对分析（SAP）理论方法，定义了指标的同异反联系数的测量方法，提出了基于变权观念利用信息熵方法赋权的同异反法定量评价PRED系统协调发展的方法，根据1999-2004年的泉州市PRED系统运行数据，对其协调发展态势做出诊断性评价．
According to the characteristics of PRED system of Quanzhou city, 56 indexes selected from both positive and negative sides to establish the index system of evaluating its coordinated development,this paper analyzes the feedback characteristics of the indexes. Based on the setpair analysis theory （SAP）,it defines the calculating method of the similar-different-antithethical connection numbers of the indexes,and proposes the method of the quantitatively evaluating the coordinated development of PRED system by using dynamic similar-different-antithethical method in accordance with the information entropy conferring power method of variable ideas. Therefore, on the basis of the working data of 1999-2004 of Quanzhou PRED system, a diagnostic evaluation on the state of the coordinated development has been made.
